You talk to us
There are no forms to fill in first. We begin with a conversation and answer what you want to ask.

You send the ashes
We provide the packaging. The parcel is tracked from you to us and recorded when it arrives.

We fly when the weather allows
Flights wait for clear conditions. We can tell you the date in advance, or simply tell you afterwards. Some families want to know the launch window and some cannot bear to. Either is fine.

You receive the film
The film and certificate are prepared after recovery. We send them within four weeks of the flight.

Questions people actually ask
Is this space?
No. Around thirty kilometres, which is above 99 percent of the atmosphere but well below orbit. The sky is black and the curve is visible from there.
What happens to the ashes?
They disperse in the upper atmosphere. There is no recoverable trace afterwards and no impact site.
Are all the ashes flown?
Yes. The vessel is built to carry a complete set. Some families choose to divide them beforehand, and that is fine too.
What if the flight fails?
We fly again at no cost. The ashes are only released once the vessel reaches altitude, so a scrubbed flight is a delay rather than a loss.
Can we watch?
Some launch sites allow it, some do not. We will tell you which before you decide.
What does it cost?

Is it legal?
Yes. Every flight is conducted under civil aviation notification with the relevant authority.
